1. Regular Orders What Can Be Returned

  • Damaged or spoiled products
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Tampered or opened packaging on arrival
  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preferences
  • Incorrect selection by customer
  • Requests made after 24 hours

Refund Process

  • Provide your order number along with photos or videos of the issue.
  • Once approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
  • Due to food safety standards, returns are usually not required.

2. Gift Orders

  • Gift orders are non-returnable once delivered.
  • Any issues must be reported by the sender within 24 hours.
  • Only damaged or incorrect items are eligible for replacement or refund.

3. Wholesale / Bulk Orders

  • Wholesale and bulk orders are non-returnable after dispatch.
  • Only damaged or incorrect items can be claimed.
  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Refunds or replacements are provided only for affected items.
  • Partial refunds may be issued if only some items are affected.
